About Me

Summing up...

As I mentioned... I LOVE being an actor and a mama.

(And, if you're curious about my adventures as a mom, feel free to check out the “Parenting” section—because, I do describe my Soph and raising a toddler is its own wild ride!)

Acting is all about diving deep into the human spirit.

I love how it connects us, I love how it transforms us.

There’s nothing more powerful than stepping into the shoes of a character and seeing the world through their eyes.

And my love for acting?

It’s matched only by my love for helping other actors.

Whether you’re moving to L.A. or thriving wherever you are, my mission is to help you not just survive, but thrive in this wild, wonderful industry.

So, who am I, and what makes me an expert on all things acting?

Well, here’s my “street cred” for you:

I moved to L.A. with an MFA in Acting and a head full of dreams, but honestly, I had zero clue how to break into the industry.

The “shoulds” and “what ifs” were overwhelming, and I was lost in the sea of advice from everyone. But eventually, I figured it out.

I get to decide what my acting career looks like—and guess what? So do you.

Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to coach and teach thousands of actors all over the world.

I’ve taught at USC School of Drama, Santa Barbara City College, and even taught young actors at Berkeley Hall Elementary School.

I’ve hosted seminars on the business of acting in L.A., on the East Coast, and abroad.

Plus, I’m the proud co-host of Speak L.A. the Podcast, where I share tips and tricks for brand new actors making the leap to L.A.

When I first arrived in L.A., I had the training and the MFA, but I still had no idea where to start.

I felt like I was being told to follow a million different paths, and it was overwhelming.

But here’s what I learned—your path is yours.

It doesn’t matter where you’re from or where you live.

You get to define your own journey.

And that’s where I come in—I’m here to help you find your unique path in the industry, no matter where you are.

I believe you don’t need to live in L.A. to build a successful acting career.

You just need to be in a place that brings you joy and build from there.

The industry might be huge, but your path can be just as big, bold, and unique as you are.

It’s your dream. Your path. I’m just here to help you get there.

And while I love coaching actors, I’m also super passionate about helping parents of young actors.

Hollywood is a bit of a crazy, shiny place, and it’s easy to feel lost in it.

But as a mom, I get it.

I know how much you love and believe in your talented kid.

And I’m here to help guide you through it all with my coaching program, The Hollywood Parent Playbook.

It’s the ultimate “how-to” guide for parents navigating the Film & TV industry, giving you step-by-step action, boundaries, and the confidence to be your child’s biggest advocate.

Now, as a mom to a toddler, I totally get the wild ride of parenting a little one with BIG emotions.
My daughter is a nonstop bundle of energy—she runs, she leaps, and she’s definitely spicier that I could ever have imagined.

She’s basically a whirlwind of excitement (and noise). But that’s what makes her so her—and I’m here for it.

And you?

You’re here because your kid has that same spark.

I see you—proud, excited, maybe a little nervous—but all in, cheering for them every step of the way.

That’s why I’m here: to help your child shine in the Film & TV industry, while staying true to who they are, what you value as a family, and what truly matters.

I’m here to help you and your kid navigate the industry with confidence, joy, and a whole lot of heart.

Because here’s the thing—acting isn’t just about what happens on-screen.

There’s magic in this industry, but there’s also magic in your life and career, too.

With the right mindset, a clear path, and a little trust in yourself, you can make that magic happen.

Let’s find your path together—and have some fun along the way!
